After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat-rate shipping, we offer $7 to $15 flat-rate shipping to all states within the United States (excluding Dough Bowls with or without candles). Wholesale orders are invoiced according to full shipping costs.
Local delivery
At the present time, Wildcat Soaps and Candles does not offer delivery services.
In-store pickup
At the present time, Wildcat Soaps and Candles do not offer in-store pickup services.
International Shipping
At the present time, Wildcat Soaps and Candles does not offer International Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at orders@wildcatsoaps.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
At the present time, Wildcat Soaps and Candles does not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outside of the box, the inside of the box, and the packaging contents for your records. Please email those photos with the information about your order to orders@wildcatsoaps.com. We will make every effort to recover the damages, and only after we have recovered the damages will we replace your order. Wildcat Soaps & Candles is not liable for shipping carriers damaging the shipment. We make every effort to ensure your package is packed carefully to withstand normal shipping requirements. A damaged shipment does not automatically constitute or guarantee a refund or replacement.
Customers must notify Wildcat Soaps & Candles within 3 calendar days of receiving the damaged package to file a claim. After 3 days, the damaged package will not be accepted.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages
Wildcat Soaps & Candles does not replace lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. The customer should open a case with the shipper to recover the product cost and shipping. Wildcat Soaps & Candles makes every effort to ship to the correct address. Wildcat Soaps & Candles does not require signing for packages; however, if the customer wants to require signature, an additional $5.00 charge will be added to the order.
